In this 30 minutes accessible chair yoga class, you will
- use the support of a sturdy chair,
- start with grounding breath techniques;
- then mindfully flow through a series of gentle (and adaptable) yoga poses, with yogic hand gestures and eye movements;
- and end with Yoga Nidra - the ancient healing practice of deep relaxation of body, mind and spirit.
