I'm Valli Batchelor Phd ERYT.

In 2001, I co-founded JoTHe Projects Australia, with my husband Andrew Batchelor Phd CYT - to help people reduce chronic stress and inspire holistic health. Lifetime of studies, training and consciously observed insights are consistently infused into the creative design and delivery of JoTHe's inclusive wellness programs - in partnership with other phenomenal individuals and stakeholders of community health and wellbeing.

The motivation is inspired by my own lived experiences - from being born into an ancestry of yoga practitioners; to witnessing my beloved mother's inspiring recovery journey from a massive stroke using yogic time-tested tools; birthing, raising and supporting the holistic education of my 3 delightful inter-racial children - while living in 5 countries amidst varying religious, cultural and socio-economic spaces; holding diverse professional expertise in applied finance as well as holistic health, lifestyle and intercultural arts - as dance artist, choreographer; financial literacy specialist, former banker, university academic, research scholar...

To date, JoTHe Projects received multi-awards and global commendations for in-person programs offered around Australia and 23 countries (including professional and government organisations, festivals, conferences, schools, universities, hospitals, prisons)
